Horrible service! The worse I have ever had. Completely ruined my aunt's wedding outfit which was no where to be seen and could not be tracked less than a week before the wedding! Would never ever recommend even my enemies to go there. Has ruined her whole wedding. The workers are impolite and ignore your calls. The young girl there had the cheek to tell my aunt she should of had a backup wedding outfit! Ridiculous!!!

Ordered my Walima dress from here and everything came as was promised. Have always been afraid of ordering made to measure but everything came back the way it should have and also on time, staff were very helpful and gave exceptional customer service that you don't ever see in asain stores. A lot of places should take a leaf out of seasons book. Delivered fantastically and will recommend and revisit.

This place is amazing, the owner and her daughter were very helpful. I was in sticky situation and had to order two dresses in the space of 1 week. They manage to provide us with excellent dresses in that space of time. Overall I would definitely recommend this shop. they actually genuinely care about the customers needs. A big shout out to Aunty nabila and her daughter sabina for helping me so much!!! Love the shop and will definitely go again.

I ordered a dress from Seasons on Ilford Lane for my granddaughters wedding in June which I paid a deposit for. Not only did the dress not come, I also have not received my deposit back! And whenever I do go, the owner comes up with a story every single time and refuses to give my money back. I will never ever shop from there again and as soon as I come back from overseas, I will sue and press charges. However, my granddaughter did buy her mendhi outfit from there and it looked stunning! So very good clothing, but can't keep up to their promises and very frustrating when money isn't given ba

As promised we done a full refund for the deposit you paid for your suit. But it seems for some reason you said you didnt receive. Please contact me as i have tried several times to contact you to send you your refund receipt. Yes im sorry you order came late but that was because we changed the colour for you as you didn't like the first order you placed. We tried our hardest to accommodate you but unfortunately it was 2 days late due to customs. Please do visit us again and don't let this put you off, as we will try even harder next time. As you said your nieces piece came out stunning..!!! So we must be doing something right .

As promised we done a full refund for the deposit you paid for your suit. But it seems for some reason you said you didnt receive. Please contact me as i have tried several times to contact you to send you your refund receipt. Yes im sorry you order came late but that was because we changed the colour for you as you didn't like the first order you placed. I placed an oder in early September for 4 suits. The owner Nabila was very helpful, honest and friendly. I find shopping very stressful and she took that stress away by giving me honest opinions and suggestions. My clothes arrived 2 weeks before I needed them, leaving enough time for final fittings and adjustments. I enjoyed my experience when ordering clothes from seasons. This was a first for me as I usually prefer getting my clothes directly from PK. Will order from seasons again. Thank you to Nabila and her team.

Worst experience ever. Wish i never bought anything from here. Stay well clear. Very bad customer service and delayed delivery. They gave me a worn suit.

The suit was brand new as we do not sell worn clothes
The garment was exact as per your order placed, but as it had
Come from Pakistan had a tiny small mark so
We offered to have it dry cleaned and delivered
To you. So again we are sorry if you felt this way.

placed an order on the 5th April for a simple prom dress with trail, dress was need for June 22nd so I placed my order and was told begging of June, I even called to confirm what is happening and they said yes all fine you will get dress. From first June I constantly called & my number was taken and was told I'll get a call back and no one called. The staff spoke rude, I then went into the shop when I was expected to get dress and they did not have it. prom was on Sunday and the staff was telling me I'll get it on Monday the day after I needed it. Very unorganised & customer service is poor.

They can improve by changing their attitude which is currently unfriendly, prejudiced and judgemental. The owner did not open the door even though the shop was open and we only got in later when another 'posh' looking customer was allowed in leaving the door open. They have lost business as we were looking to spend in the range of £10'000 - 15'000 for 6-7 dresses suitable for occasions.

Went to Seasons in Ilford Lane and was sorely dissapointed for a company which sells very expensive asian clothing. My friend had given the Seasons staff strictest instructions as to how to design her wedding dress costing £1400. She had paid half the money up front, however when we were called in to have a look at the outfit, she was almost in tears. The staff were dishonest and said it looked really nice, when it was blatantly obvious that it hardly looked like it was worth £300 let alone £1400. Two of the staff we dealt with were handling her dress like it was a piece of trash and when trying to communicate the changes we had clearly asked to be made a few weeks ago, she responded that she knew nothing about this. There was another customer in the store who was crying her eyes out that her outfit she had asked to be designed did not look like an otufit for a bride's sister and she was right as it looked very plain. The staff were trying to reassure her by saying dont cry and that alterations can be made, however she said she had already asked for alterations to be made two weeks ago and now her sisters wedding was approaching in the next few days. I would seriously recommend anyone wishing to purchase a tailored outfit from this store to think very carefully about this as they will almost definitly mess it up and charge you a lot of money for something which has hardly much work/embroidery done on the outfit. Also the highest standard of service, support and reassurance you would expect from someone designing your wedding outfit was not delivered. Think very carefull before you shop here and if you are thinking of purchasing an outfit from here then I would suggest you buy a ready made one. Atleast you know what you are getting with a ready made one. Dont be fooled by the staff as they will try do anything to cover their backs and shift the blame onto you.
