Amzing service and beautiful collection of clothes

Terrible customer service and horrible tailoring on dresses. I've given two stars because the dresses aren't too bad but the staff are very unprofessional. A different approach to customers and manners need to be changed.

Horrible experience, ruined my sister's wedding dress and very rude when the botched tailor job pointed out. The dresses are nice but when the service and staff are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful that no longer matters. My sister had to buy another dress from a different shop as the alterations made on the dress was so bad she could no longer wear it and not did they refund or return part of the money. I really want to boycott this shop as I've heard similar stories from others about their experience. They need to employ new staff or shut down!

The best collection of suits I have ever seen at an Asian fashion shop. Great Alteration service. Fantastic customer service. Its a must visit shop if you need Asian outfits. This will be my only destination for Asian outfits from now on. Wish I knew about this shop earlier.... glad I do now though.

I assume Bidaai is a family run business, very family orientated so your bound to be offered a brilliant service whenever you go. Always have an amazing range to offer, and the prices are reasonable too; the tailor does an amazing job if anything needs altered; quick and efficient, but be sure to leave enough time, don't expect alterations to be made last minute. I would recommend them to anyone, check them out ladies.

Alterations of production carried out correctly but customer service was awful when pointed this out manager started shouting and being abusive. Will never go back there.

Horrible experience! Gave 2 items of dressing for alteration & did not hear from them for 2+ weeks. When I kept calling them, the person who answered the phone said that the responsible person was out & would call me back, which never happened! When I finally spoke to that "responsible" person, they were so rude & said that they were very busy in the previous weeks (very slang & rude language used!!). The person even went on to say that they would call back the next day to let me know if the work could be finished soon!!! No call again as expected, & when I called back the next day, guess what? "Responsible" person out again!!! I then spoke directly to their in-house tailor & had to ask her to return it, so that I could get the job done elsewhere!!! So basically back to SQUARE ONE after 2 and a half weeks!!! How do these businesses lure clients???

Excellent service, beautiful outfits no problems with any alterations. Find anything quick and easily for all occassions. My first choice for shopping.
