Ordered my sons coat, a few days later received notification from Evri they had my order but there was a delay in sending out. Over a week later and no further update received. Whether its Mango or Evri, such poor service and had this the last time i ordered, so cancelled my order for a refund. Either sort this out or continue to lose custom.

Poorly trained staff-don't answer the phone or place you on hold for hours!
They totally messed up my internet order and no one was able to help. Descent clothes and great discounts but very poor customer service!
Avoid unless you have tonnes of patience!

Tried to call them several times to find out their opening times as I was travelling up from Hampshire, but recieved no answer. Very poor customer service.

Tried on numerous occasions to contact Mango re faulty goods no one answers phones and give up after having tried for last hour-useless customer service

The website is totally user UNFRIENDLY.
Have tried to call the 02024343694 number on at least 10 occasions never got through and all they say on the message is'all opeartors busy, call back in a few minutes' and then they cut you off. VERY FRUSTRATING. No customer service whatsoever!
