I am a regular Anne Fontaine customer and I have to say that this is definitely not the best Anne Fontaine shop to go to. Really bad service if you go after 6pm (they close at 6.30pm) and I felt very unwelcome there. It's enough to put me off shopping at Anne Fontaine forever. Staff were disinterested and downright rude and kept pushing me to buy something that did not fit at all. I was really disappointed with the service and will be going to their Sloane Square store to exchange my purchase.
What a letdown, I definitely wouldn't recommend this store - go to the one on Sloane Street for better service.
