Will never recommend to any one. I wish i should have read these reviews before i bought wedding dress from seema sarees. They both act like very honest people but actually they are not honest at all. Lady took detail and size and was promised that dress will be ready in 6 weeks. It was not ready and for that we made so many calls. When it came a week before the wedding, it was rubbish. Wrong size and wrong style and wrong colour. I bought a saree over 100 pounds and it was ripped. Very disappointed. They play with people feelings.

Bought my fiancée's wedding dress here off the shelf. The dress itself was perfect.

However, we subsequently bought our wedding jewellry set from Kashif at the back of the shop and, to put it mildly, he is a totally untrustworthy man.

There were lengthy delays (justified with claims of several family members coincidentally passing away), poor communication (promises to send photos were not fulfilled) and worst of all the colour of the set was not delivered, as specified.

When he sent me photos of the set prior to delivery I asked him about this apparent discrepancy but he claimed that the photo quality of the designer's mobile is poor and created a false impression. This was a total lie which he covered up by purposefully delivering the set the day before the wedding when it was too late.

He still doesn't accept the difference between the set we ordered and what was made. His last claim was that this was due to "gold variation".

I usually never write reviews but I want everyone to be aware of how disrespectful this shop actually is. I ordered sarees from this place and had the worst experience ever. Colours were wrong design I chose didn’t seem to be the same when ordered. Disgusting behaviour from staff members showing no remorse and not even a apology to make a customer feel better. The manager is very rude and arrogant, and will not compromise to make a customer feel happy. I strongly urge all not to place an order with this shop because you will not recieve any good.

I’m so so disappointed and upset with this service. They completely messed up my wedding dress. The colour, fitting and size was all wrong. They also refused to give back the money that was owed to me when I returned the dress.

Upon alteration, I was promised a perfect fit, but the problem did not go away and the waistline of the dress sat on my hips. I’m very disappointed and I would warn those who want to buy their bridal dress from here.

I experienced awful customer service, the owners seemed nice at first but became aggressive when feedback was offered. On one occasion, they told me to leave their shop and refused to let me take my dress, leaving me without a dress a few weeks before my wedding. Alongside this, the dress arrived 2 weeks later than the due date, the owners did not reply to many of texts and communication was very poor.

Please be careful when trusting people with your wedding dress, it’s your special day and as a customer, you deserve t

We ordered over 40 pieces of items from seemas, and all the sitching sizes were incorrect. After much argument that we refuse to be pay extra to get the garments as we have requested, the adjustments were made however came back wrong again. The customer service is awful and lady owner (sema her self) is so rude! For a business that makes a lot of money their delivery and service is disgusting. They don’t even steam iron your clothes prior to givining it to you. Would not recommend any purchases from them. Biggest mistake

I never usually write reviews but feel the need to inform people of my experience with seemas. I ordered an outfit for my wedding. Some of the issues I encountered include the following:

-late arrival of outfit
-terrible sizing
-what I ordered isn't what I got. For example stones were missing on both sleeves. The next I knew they started sticking plastic poor quality stones on my sleeves. Most of which by the way have fallen off
-marks on my clothes

I had to go to seemas maybe 5 times before I actually got to take the outfit home. It's in such bad shape that I could only wear it once and never again.

This shop is like a market, with poor service and very overpriced. Please go somewhere else.

I ordered two sarees for my cousins wedding, both of them looked nothing like the samples I was shown, the manager was so rude, even though I showed her both sarees side by side "take it or leave it" was her response! Never again!

I would not recommend using Seema's. Ordered a made to measure reception outfit; originally got told it would take 6 wks to make but it took 8. When I went to collect it, the outfit was too big; I questioned how this could be the case when they took my measurements and got told to give them a few days to fix it. When I went back one sleeve was bigger than the other, material was miss-aligned and there was excess material inside the garment making it very uncomfortable to wear. Found the manager’s husband very rude and arrogant. Wedding soon and I have no reception outfit thanks to them.
