Absolutely atrocious customer service. The owner is very sweet when ordering but then as soon as you put down deposit thats it... untrustworthy seller, sky high prices with rubbish care for customers. I learnt d hard way!

I can't thank Poppies enough!My mom and I worked very closely with the designer-they had the most helpful service.The dress turned out beautifully!And on time!Wish I could include a picture!Every single person loved it and my friend is going there for her dress too!Have become customer for life! :)

Atrocious company. Ruined an entire wedding for not keeping to order date place 10 weeks before! and when it did arrive fitting and colours were not accurate but said will fix in a week and hadn’t. Gave delivery 3 days before Mendi and Wedding. Quick to take deposit then no contact. Blames ‘supplier’. Arrogantly argues and blames customer for mistakes. No exaggeration. Said will make a dummy version after 2 weeks but never did. Go in and see for yourself. If you’re looking for custom design, stay away or be warned.
