The lady working there is so rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. Not apologetic after being so rude in front of my kids. One of the customers when came out with me he said exactly same thing and he said this happened with him with the same lady previously. This thing happens when power and money goes on your head. No respect to customers. Shouting on customers when they are using phones to show dresses to their family who can’t make the shop. She was threatening to call the police in front of my kids. How can you justify such behaviour.

I highly recommend Rangoli! The service is absolutely fantastic! I bought a beautiful dark green lengha from the store and Shashi Bhai was dealing with me. He is amazing at giving advice and how to wear items and due to his up to date knowledge on the latest trends, designs/designers and styles, he gave great advice on what style of blouse I should have made that matched the outfit and my body type. My mother and I have been going to Shashi Bhai for many years and he always provides the best service and the store always has wonderful pieces for every single occasion! I also had my lengha tailored and made to measure by the store and Shashi Bhai took all my measurements. I have to say, when my lengha was ready, the fitting was absolutely spot on! My blouse (which Shashi Bhai recommended I have a Sabya Sachi style), was made extremely well, the stitching was high quality and neat and fit me perfectly! The skirt was also well made and fit my body right! I am so happy with this outfit! Honestly, I feel I can always rely on Rangoli and Shashi Bhai to sell and make high quality, well made and stylish clothes and I highly recommend this store!! All the staff are extremely nice, very attentive and always on hand to help. Absolutely fantastic store!

Rangoli is the best place to shop for outfits in Ealing Road, Wembley. The customer service is absolutely amazing, with Shashi Uncle & Mangla Aunty doing their best to meet customer requirements and even get to know their styles or choices and show outfits accordingly. They are very helpful and friendly. The quality of material used is super and altering is also available if needed. I would most definitely highly recommend Rangoli for any occasion 🙂

I bought my wedding lengha from Rangoli and they were superb from start to finish - one to one service, very speedy service and made to measure. I came back for a fitting and they did two lots of alterations on the spot in one day.

The staff were extremely helpful, a great service and very good value for money.

Impeccable 1 to 1 service, on my 1st visit and also subsequent visits. They really go above and beyond and provide great advice / recommendations.

I bought my 2 outfits for my wedding from here, as did a few memebers of my family and friends also, a few us have since returned for another family wedding and will keep returning.

They are far from rude (I dealt with Shashi who was fab), and they do not push for you to buy more than intended, or to go above your budget

And they have some of the best sarees in London, belive, I went to many shops

I found staff of Rangoli helpful. I was specific about my wedding dress. So less help was needed. All staff did their best to deliver the perfect dress on time. It was expectedly expensive. so no complaint.

Rangoli are rude, money-grabbing folk who know they have cornered a market (wedding clothing) and will give you good service until they have made the sale. Thereafter the attitude changes dramatically. Rude, not available, and certainly not helpful at all.

Rangoli sold us an "exclusive" saree, which turned out to be damaged. When we asked to swap it, they were VERY reluctant, eventually making us pay extra for the replacement, which they said was a more expensive one (nothing has prices so you never know).

We were livid to find EXACTLY the same supposedly exclusive saree next door for a third of the price! They obviously denied that it was the same, but I know that it is an identical garment.

Rangoli is NOT exclusive, NOT honest and NOT worth visiting! Stay well clear!

A most disppointing shopping experience. I would definitly shop in this shop as they have a real attitude problem. The sales lady was so un cooperative and quite rude as well.So ladies beware when you decide to step in
