The ladies in the shop has always been very nice. I come from Braintree Essex to buy and I love it there. The ladies are always very helpful. The buyer is very good in getting the clothes that ladies like. I have always come home with a few things and can't wait to go back. I have told many friends about this shop and they have found the ladies very helpful.

Was ok, staff were a bit rude. but not too bad, window displays are average as well
