Paid up front to replace a zip; they said to come back in 6 days to collect. I came back after 7 days, and when I got there they told me to come back in 30 minutes (totally inconveniencing me), and when I came back 35 minutes later, they still hadn't done my zip! I had to wait while they rushed it!
