Replay Fashion

This is a nice shop. But amazingly they do not do refunds. In 2021, in London. I bought a pair of Anbass jeans (£135) but the following week returned to swap the waist size. Unworn, all tags intact, original receipt ... They did not have the next size available so I asked if they could get a pair sent in. No, could not advise next stock delivery. OK, can I have them delivered from the web please ... nope, no affiliation with Replay itself. OK, may I (reluctantly) request a refund so I can buy correct size from Replay direct. No. We don't do refunds. Here is a tiny sign that says as much (next to a much larger sign asking to send marketing). So no, I won't be coming back. PS in the end they did refund on the basis the jeans were 'faulty'. Only way I could play it. What a faff and unnecessary agro.
