A wonderful treasure trove! I love going to The Exchange to find one off pieces. I always feel at home here and have bought some fabulous pieces at good prices. Don't tell everyone!! One of London's best kept secrets

Fabulous designer pieces but browsing becomes an uncomfortable, arduous task due to the unbelievably rude and intrusive staff who look you up and down the minute you walk through the door. They are clueless when it comes to high-end fashion. Will not be going back again.

AWFUL self important sales staff
The staff are ridiculously rude and many of them have no real true knowledge on the designer labels they're consigning. Branch manager please tell your staff a wealthy customer comes in all shapes and forms. And they need to recognise this. Disgraceful.
