American Classics is an independent clothing store in Covent Garden, London.
Established in 1981 on the Kings Road, Chelsea, our early trade saw the import and sale of Prime vintage American clothing. As the condition and availability of original Americana lessened, and the prices began to increase, we evolved to source and stock new clothing from traditional and Heritage led American brands, alongside faithful reproductions of classic clothing from the U.S.A, Japan, and in recent years, all around the globe.
From the simplicity of the 60’s Ivy look, through to the function and longevity of classic military garments and work- wear, our priority remains the same today as it did back then- to provide quality and satisfaction to our valued customers.
