I bought a bag for £1900.00 - and on the same day wanted to return it because I have changed my mind. The Bond Street store refused! I find that shocking and intent to take it up with their head office. Truly disgusted by the service at Prada bond street! I visited Prada in Heathrow Airport, and the customer service was excellent and the atmosphere electric, a very handsome man served me he was bubbly and i think gay very enthusiastic about his job and honest something you do not see that often... so go prada heathrow..... your an all round good experience lisa randall |
