Utopia

first of all,i would like to say that i love the clothes and shoes on sale here.that is the only positive thing i have to say.the staff there are appalling,especially one girl who must be no older than 18,when i tried to return an item i found her swearing at me,raising her voice and just being plain right rude.if the manager happens to read this,then i strongly advise you to train your staff properly or sack them.behavoir such as that i saw can not be tolerated towards customers.

The clothes and footwear in the store are very trendy and fashionable with reasonable prices, however I was not pleased with the customer service. The sales assistants were not friendly and were unhelpful. There was a price error on an item which I had chosen to buy, when I pointed this out to the sales assistant she refused to believe me until I showed her the price on the display in the window. They were not apologetic about this mistake and instead blamed previous customers for the fault. I left the store without buying the item as I can buy the same thing on an internet site, minus the attitude.
Despite all that occured I still would want to shop in Utopia as I like their garments, though I do feel that the staff need urgent training on customer service and basic manners.
