I was there on Sunday 10th April. The casher is very unprofessional. I am not sure she is simply a raciest or what?
Details:
I was served by an Indian girl and a Spanish girl in the store and they were both very helpful. There is nobody in the queue and the casher (Caucasian woman in her 30s) was doing a refund for a customer back then.
I went to her when she finished and smiled at her. She didn’t even brother to look at me and didn’t say anything. No please, no hi , no thank you, No EYE CONTACT! When she started to serve the customer after me – an English woman. She was all smiley and polite and started to chat to her immediately.
I am a Chinese girl and it’s hard to believe that she is not a racist.
I cannot believe Espirt hires someone so unprofessionally. If you are not making Chinese customer comfortable in the stores, you sure will lose them soon.
