LK Bennett will not refund faulty goods - watch out. There are lots of comments about this around the internet and it has happened to me twice. They basically send the goods off to head office, which apparently invariably comes back saying the goods are not faulty, even though they absolutely are.
The City Branch is especially aggressive on this point.
Then they refuse to take further action. V poor customer service and a waste of everyone's time!
