I have visited miss sixty store in Carnaby street just before Christmas and was verg dissapointed with the service there. The sales adviser aproached me when I was choosing a hanback and told me they have a 30% offer in store, today only. I have particuliary asked her if the offer is for that day only and she confirmed it. She also told me that is the last handbag they have got in this design. For that reason I bought a handbag as a present that I wasn't sure of. I didn't notice a returns policy sign so I asked the same sales adviser if I can change my mind later if my daughter won't like the it and get a full refund, or do I have to exchange it to something else? The sales adviser told me they operate a full refund policy and if I won't like the item, I can return it within 14 days to get full refund. When I returned the next day, there were plenty more of these bags, 30% offer was on all the items and I was told by store manager they dont operate refund policy!! So I was bullied into buying an item that I wasn't sure of by lying to me not only one, but three times and now I don't have a choice but exchange into something that I dont even want. I was very unhappy, but the store manager didn't help me to sort out the situation. I was given customer service number, but when I complained, I had no responce of the outcome
