I have been to Arabian nights a few times but have found the customer service appalling. I love the designs of their abayas and the colours but it's such a shame that the customer service puts off both me and many many other people I know from shopping there. They're very lazy and have a can't be bothered attitude and not very interested in selling their products. Some of the staff are friendly but others are very rude to say the least. I avoid shopping there due to the attitude of the staff. They are also very over priced and the quality is not that great.
Really poor quality products.... And expensive. One wash and the scarfs are ready for the bin not even good enough for charity. I've bought scarfs from the market stalls down the road that are cheaper and lasted longer.
They need to lower the prices of some of their items, especially the ones that cannot be worn on their own; ridiculous to pay 50 pound for a long vest made of inferior quality material that is meant to go over an abaya that will cost you another 50 pound! They need to improve their customer service including the the owner who seems to have an attitude problem. They also need a working website you can order from. It's been in 'development' for years! Then people who want to buy clothes but don't want to enter the store because of the horrible customer service don't have to.
I love shopping in this shop. However have to say think it's far too expensive. Also when they say sale don't take much off. Most importantly find the staff very rude & ignorant... Don't even ask if you need any help or assistance! However I do shop there because I really like the designs of clothes they sell.
I am a keen reviewer of establishments that i visit. I mainly use another site to submit suggestions. This store i am writing about is something i felt i had to talk about
I have purchased 4/5 items from here & my family use this store aswell. My family & i both agree that this store needs to train in customer service & manners! The owner makes snide remarks, is very unhelpful & rude. The sales assistants are slow & unresponsive at times. This seriously has put me off shopping here and my family too
The items themselves are good but price is too high for the quality. A Shame really
I have been to Arabian Nites several times and always left feeling that their products are over priced and the quality of some of the outfits are very poor. Above all the customer service is diabolical!! As a Muslim establishment it is shameful and appalling the way they treat their customers!
I have visited this shop many times and purchased a few items. I really like all the different designs and how items are presented on display. I thought the staff were approachable and helpful too.

Arabian Nites has always been very good to me when I shop there frequently. The staff are very nice. I know many shoppers that speak very highly of the store.
You should have speak to the manager directly! Only then will the experience you had could have been resolved.
You cant please everybody

I was recommended this shop by a friend of mine, and was schocked at the customer service, the staff are unresponsive and they work slow, although the quailty of clothing is good, i found myself not wanting to buy, simply because of how i was being treated and there lack of respect for customers.
