Arabian Nites

They always seem to be really rude in Arabian nites each and every time I go in despite purchasing several abayas. Very bad customer service. staff need to learn people skills.

I was recommended this shop by a girl I met at a wedding who wore Arabian Nites and looked Ab-Fab. Despite the negative reviews, you need to see this gem of a shop.

I bumped into the owner/designer and she really knows her stuff. I saw designs that are probably two years ahead of other fashion houses.

The staff were polite and were helpful, (I hate pushy sales staff!) and the tone of customer service was very good. I went in on a regular Saturday and my observation was that it was an exceptionally busy place.

I have been back many times over the last few months, and I love the clothes which are of a good quality. Prices vary from the affordable to high end, but that is reflective of the fabrics and workmanship. I can't remember the time I desired a Ferrari but wanted to pay the price of a Fiesta. Stick to a budget you won't be disappointed.

Arabian Nites is ahead of the curve, totally love it... The clothes look amazing with my new Gucci handbag!

I have been shopping with Arabian Nites for the last 6 years and they having amazing stuff. I always love speaking to the staff, they are very helpful.....

I often buy garments from this shop, only when there is a sale because I find everything to expensive.i like the designs and the staff are very helpful. However I think they need to work on the price and make it quite reasonable for people to buy . some off material are very poor it's not worth paying the price.

Contrary to all the appalling comments, Arabian Nites has one of the most wonderful workers. The customer service is exceptional and I would recommend to all.

Please think before you talk/type. Prices will obviously be a bit dear, it is a boutique, not your local Primark. The designs are beautiful and I think their clothes are worth the price :)

I love shopping in this shop. However have to say think it's far too expensive. Also when they say sale don't take much off. Most importantly find the staff very rude & ignorant... Don't even ask if you need any help or assistance! However I do shop there because I really like the designs of clothes they sell.

I have visited this shop many times and purchased a few items. I really like all the different designs and how items are presented on display. I thought the staff were approachable and helpful too.

Arabian Nites has always been very good to me when I shop there frequently. The staff are very nice. I know many shoppers that speak very highly of the store.
You should have speak to the manager directly! Only then will the experience you had could have been resolved.
