Went in to this awful shop to pick up a ring that i had reserved the day before. When i went in to pick my ring up the staff were floating about having conversations about there weekends and unwilling to help. I hung about for 5 minutes and after waiting i went to look for somebody to help. eventually after 15 minutes of waiting i finally found somebody who half heartedly walked off to find my reserved ring which he couldnt find,he pushed another colour and style and instisted this one was better. After realising his lack of intrest, lack of understanding and arrogence i realised this isnt the place i needed to be. After being in Tiffanys & co and getting better service i wouldnt recommend YSL to my worst enemy!!!
