Said he could repair a pair of jeans which had split around the bum area. I wore them once and they split again. And no, I haven't got a big bum! I took them back and he refused to refund me, saying he'd done his job and repaired them. I said that he hadn't done a good job and hadn't repaired them. I asked if he could try again and he said yes, but he would charge me again. Needless to say, I refused his kind offer. No apology, no offer of a refund of my wasted £15. Very bad customer service. Avoid!
