Was told to go here for an alteration that I needed in 24 hours and they were not only obliging and extremely helpful but the tailoring was perfect! Highly recommend!

Orhan is a fantastic tailor, reasonably priced and provides a genuinely bespoke service. I have been taking clothes there on and off for years and they have lovingly breathed new life into beloved garments that I simply haven't been able to say goodbye to. I would trust them with any garment and recommend them to anyone.

I took a wedding dress for alteration and they managed to get it stain with blood!
They do not accept it was their fault saying I took the dress in this condition but the tailor would have noticed it when he put a pin in that exact place. They were rude and arrogant trying to blame me and gave a poor £15 off for compensation. And as they dress needed dry cleaning after the alteration, they did not pay attention to any marks. Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
Of course it is easy to blame the customer and covering the seamstress, or simply the seamstress not willing to come forward to accept what happend. They have added a lot of stress and anxiety and I will definitely not recommend them!
