Office Shoes

A terrible, terrible store. I bought a pair of converse trainers from the Westfields Branch of Office shoe store in London just over a week ago and since then a small rip in the material developed after wearing them for a few days.

I took them back as they were faulty and the shop manager rudely said that it wasn't a faulty product and that I had caught them on something...I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I had bought several pairs before and they had all lasted atleast a year. I was even wearing an old pair and could show that the rips were in a similar place to the ones I was wearing.

So now the shop manager has sent them to head office for further examination (whatever that means) to see if they are really faulty. And this is going to take a further 10 working days.

The assistants were rude, stubborn, had no common sense and the service getting them in the first place was sloppy.

I can't stress this enough....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
