I need to change a pair of boots that my mother purchased as a gift, they were never worn, all recipts attached to the boots.. the assistant was very short and said we dont exchange, If I had not persisted to say that I do not require a refund, he would not have been happy to help.
He called the Manager on my request, if thta was not an option, my Mothers money would have been wasted.
These are not of the same standard as Clarkes which are a professional Company aand have excellent service, unlike the Fulham shop.
Eventually the boots were exchanged... what happened to Customer Service.
