Extremely poor service. My mother bought a pair of £120 boots only to return to her country of residence and find that they had given her two right footed boots. Store attendants very unhelpful when I took time out of my day to visit. Manager would not even have the courtesy to see me giving a lame excuse. Would recommend shopping in Clarks. |

We went specially to this store, trekking along with the kids on a cold evening after school, to buy them winter shoes, as the website showed quite clearly that this "Flagship" store stocked kids shoes. When we got there we were disgusted to find that the staff just showed us a sign saying "This store does not stock children's shoes. Go to south Kensington." when we complained, saying that the website was misleading, the staff in the shop said this was nothing to do with them and offered no apology for the inconvenience (never mind cost of parking etc) that their misleading information had caused us. This was very, very poor customer service. I'm not sure I even want their shoes if this is their attitude to customers. |
