Sent 3 x pairs of Christian Louboutin / Jimmy Choo etc. by courier as I had every confidence they'd be repaired well, and that I could pay without seeing them, and I was totally right.

Brought my completely new Louboutin boots to change the sole so boots can last longer, after 2 days of wearing red sole came off on tip of the boots nose. When I received my completely new Louboutins back they were polished by a very rough brush, so I could see scuff marks on the leather and also on one side there was a slight leather damage.
I paid nearly £40 for this service and honestly I am very sad that my shoes were not treated with care especially knowing how much they cost.

I brought in a pair of Arche boots which I had had for years as a last resort before they were about to be thrown out. KG Shoes did a brilliant repair job and they are almost like new. Highly recommended and thank you.
