AVOID*** absolutely appalling service. I brought in a silver bracelet for a cleaning and was promised it would come back within a week. It was 3 weeks later and they had plated it gold. It then took 3 more weeks for them to fix it and it’s tarnished again within 2 days. Shocking.

I have been here a few times now. I really wouldnt go anywhere else. hey are so quick and so polite, i actually brought a ring here a few years back and the owner still remembered me from then. Great prices too.

The service here is appalling. I bought a watch from there in May 2011. It stopped working in October. I tried changing the battery but had to take it back as it was still under guarantee. 6 months later they still have my watch. They never answer calls. Rude staff. There is a lot of work to do.
