Absolutely appaling customer service. business fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service quality and overall customer experience. When queried on differentiating their second hand gold the business owners son became very defensive. The father had taken over in serving us whilst the son began to make comments about us proceeding a purchase which we decided on based on the trust that the item being sold to us was not second hand. When pulled up on the comments the son and his two brothers became very aggressive, making personal comments. The father asked the boys to stop shouting but they continued. I explained that a customer had aright to query an item so that they could be confident in an purchase being made. There was absolutely no need to become aggressive.
