By Design

This place needs to work on customer service skills. Terrible customer service. I got a ring for my birthday and I needed it resized. I went there on Tuesday and I was told that will be ready on Thursday afternoon. I told the so looking polite guy that I will come to take it on Friday. On Friday the ring was not ready and I was told to have a coffee somewhere and come back.. I don’t spent my whole day staying and waiting for the ring to be done. I went to take it on Saturday and they asked me for more money than I was told at the beginning. I was shocked! I complained that I had to wait so long for a ring to be resized and the guy was literally yelling at my face “I DON’T CARE!” You could have have it on Friday. Yes, I could’ve, but forgive me that I don’t have time to drink coffee! Lack of customer service and time management. Very unprofessional

These Jewllers are less than professional. I left a ring in need of a new stone with the promise of a call from them 2 weeks passed to 3 and still nothing! to top things off they don't even answer their business line! how frustrating. I'll be picking up my ring and taking my business elsewhere. Total lack in customer care.
