In 2005 I went to this jewellers to buy an enagement ring for my wife in 2006 my wife and I went there and bought our wedding rings in 2008 I went back and bought a diamond eternity ring for my wife and tomorrow my wife and I going back to buy a special ring for our daughter's 22nd birthday. I know the service will be as excellent as it was 10 years ago because I have just spoken to them on the phone. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

I can only echo the other reviewers' comments. Similarly, after trawling web pages, walking around Hatton Garden I was very fortunate when I finally decided to go in to the shop. Friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I bought an engagement ring and did not have to think twice where I was going to buy our wedding rings. First class service.

I have been meaning to post a review for a while, and would echo the praise of the other reviewers. We bought my engagement ring from JMR after spending some time trawling round Hatton Garden and not finding what I wanted. Colleen was wonderful and helped us design a beautiful bespoke ring. The service all along was patient, friendly and very professional, and the after-sales service is second to none - I always get a warm welcome when I go in to have the ring cleaned (free of charge).

After closely researching local jewellers in my home town, I decided to head up to Hatton Gardens to investigate value for money and try & find something special. After 3 hours of wondering along Hatton Gardens talking to numerous diamond experts I was slightly confused about all the five C's. Some would say save a few pounds by coming down on clarity but I knew, I wanted something individual & hand made more than something which could be turned around in two hours. This is when I went to my last shop(this should of been my first in all honesty) I feel that I have something unique and special

I would echo the comments below. Did not feel comfortable in a lot of other places and the experience with the team at JR was amazing. The misses said Yes and loves the ring. Now back in Australia and she loves having something from our time in London as well. Happy to recommend.

I came to Hatton Gardens as a man having never bought an engagement ring before or having discussed the choice with my fiancé-to-be. I travelled the jewellers available and stumbled on the unassuming JMReynolds. Compared to the other chains and salesmen, I immediately was welcomed into a warm atmosphere with lovely staff who made me feel relaxed and at home. I returned with my fiancé (she said yes) and she also felt the warmth and care they radiated. I would 100% recommend JMReynolds to any prospective grooms/brides-to-be and will be returning in the future to buy more jewellery!!! Thanks team

We visited john reynolds to buy our engagement ring and look at wedding bands, spencer and katie were very welcoming and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble spencer talked us through the design of the ring and was happy to alter it slightly to my preference and size whilst we waited. price was honest and fair, will be recomending to all at work, although im sure they will see your new ad in the job mag. Hope to see you soon for our wedding bands.

John Reynolds' jewellery is of high quality and has a nice look to it and I was also impressed with the customer service I received from their team. I was grateful for their ability to quickly process my order from overseas.

If u want great value for money & a superb customer service go to this shop. Why would u go anywhere else in Hatton Garden when u can go & see Spencer & Kate. We were talked through all of our options & not pressured at all, resulting in me owning the most beautiful ring in the world.( & if ur very lucky u may see the secretive John in his workshop making his beautiful jewellery). We highly recommend u go to this friendly shop.

What a great friendly shop. They offered us the best advise of anyone in Hatton Garden . Kate & Spencer's approach 2 their customers is very relaxed, no pressure, but at the same time giving u all the imformation about their beautiful product that u could possibly wish 2 know. We can't thank them enough for making it such a special day 4 us.
BEWARE there r a lot of sharks in Hatton Garden, u would not believe the amount of false information we were given.

Knowing the team for many years, the experience of buying something special here is second to none. Great hospitality, fantastic choice of amazing pieces. I have bought lots of stuff for my family and friends and Spencer ,Kate and the team make you feel like you are at home. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this beautiful shop if you are in Hatton Garden.

We went to Hatton Garden to get our engagement and wedding rings. We went to many shops and saw lots of beautiful rings. We then found John Reynolds which was a really nice family run jewellers. They made us feel really comfortable and at home, and showed us the perfect rings within our budget.
