Euro Diamond Jewellers

Bought 9ct bracelet on Monday for it to be a strong bracelet it fell off on Thursday. They were quite happy for me to exchange it for a very expensive one. Being a pensioner I could not afford to do that. They made it quite clear that they gave no customer care after purchase. It is against the law for them to not refund you for purchasing a faulty item. There answer was the item looked ok when you brought it I agree fault was not obvious to the customer until wearing for a couple of days. What kind of a company finds it difficult to give you your money back for a faulty piece of jewellery. They have given me a piece of paper saying they owe me £55. They will reply now as they do to all there bad reviews. Please do not use or recommend them. Disgusting customer service knowing I could never use that £55 because all there jewellery is priced very high.
