when I found this shop a few years ago I was delighted since then I have got a few pairs of earrings and a watch repaired well popping the back back on the watch.
today I got a battery and I told them I thought I got the last one from them but the word thought can be an I'm not sure as i could not remember
I was told today that the plus arm of my watch that's meant to sit on top of the battery was damaged I know this was not true I got the watch new and I was the first to ever open it that arm only touches the side of the watch battery.
never seen this woman before the other women that are normally there is kind and helpful. this woman today without being nasty was giving off an impression that she knew what was best
by saying he's a watchmaker. and it was the way she said it,
I asked for my watch I asked for the battery I put it together handed it back and asked to pop the back on for me and they did, the guy looked like he stormed out of his workspace to tell me that the battery hadn't come from him and was from china and I said like I said I wasn't sure, i asked the women why did he come out like that? I mean was he having a bad day or something? and I ended up with the grunt of it all? anyway to the staff you have to treat people with respect do not ever think some people know nothing by their color or the way they look do not think as you work in a shop you are a higher person than others that walk in your door, remember you rely on us to buy things from you so you can pay your bills peeing people off with get you to know where in life,
