My first time pawning an item, and I felt nervous and embarrassed. Kirk was lovely and helpful, put me at ease. So far I would highly recommend their service, a good price at a good rate. Hopefully when I go back there will be no surprises - I'm sure there won't be.

Excellent service! Travelled from south east London to visit this particular shop as there was such a nice variety of jewellery on line. Kirt’s customer service is second to none! Purchased a beautiful Item and him even cleaned a piece of jewellery I was wearing. Love all the items in the shop as well as online and was impressed to know that they do in house service that you can ask for you own design. Would recommend.
