I got my cartilage peirced there and it was really cheap, for both ears it was £7 and I had my ears peirced before in another shop which cost like £15 and their earings are clean and they open the little packet in front of you so you know it's new and I'm pretty sure it says sterling silver somewhere, I won't give it a 10 though because my ears keep getting infected (even tho I cleaned them properly) and my friends had her second piercing and she done her cartilage 3 times there as well and it got infected all 4 time but that might just have been our ears.

Unfortunately the new staff are very rude, also they WONT accept a passport as ID.
Wasted 2 hours of my time. Sold my gold across the road for more than their quote and with my passport ID.
