I am in LOVE with my GORGEOUS ring, and feel privileged to wear it every day. Thank you for making all my dreams come true... I had been waiting for this moment for a lifetime :) Now time for the wedding bands! xxx

While looking for platinum jewellery I tried many other jewellers, over a considerable period, most of whom made little or no effort to help, or promised to contact me but never did. I finally discovered Arlington & Co, where, after Stephen had expertly guided me through the options, I decided to have the piece custom made . Although unable to do the work in house, within a week Stephen had commissioned a craftsman to make an original piece, and, three weeks later, delivered an amazing piece of jewellery. My one regret is that I didn't find Arlington & Co earlier. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous, I shall certainly be making them my first port of call when buying or commissioning jewellery in the future. A complete pleasure to do business with.

I was met by Johnathon and with this being my first experience of purchasing a ring, let alone an engagement ring - I was nervous. Johnathon was calm, attentive and relaxed, no pressure at all. I felt like I was in safe hands and not in hands which were trting to fleece me. I did buy an engagement ring, one that feels perfect for my hopefully fiance to be. Great experience, I am sure (fingers crossed) my and fiance and I shall buy our wedding bands from Arlington and Co. I can not recommend them more highly and my experience was the best of all the Hatton Garden shops I visited. Thank you.

If you are looking for rings then Arlington & Co is the place to go. Great selection and excellent service! Monica was very patient & helpful to find the perfect engagement ring. The result is absolutely stunning! I initially went to other places in Bond Street and Hatton Garden but Monica's professionalism made my decision easy! Looking forward to going back for the wedding rings.

I ordered an engraved wedding band from Arlington & Co. but after I picked it up and tried it on, I realised it that though beautiful and well-made, it was too thick and uncomfortable to wear. (As the ring I tried on in the shop was far too large for me, I couldn’t wear it and have my fingers all next to each other. So I only realised it was too thick after it had been made in my size.) Fortunately Arlington were kind enough to re-size a thinner ring and have it engraved, free of charge. I am much happier with my ring and very relieved. Not only because I now have a ring that I love but I also didn’t have to purchase a second wedding band. Many thanks Arlington & Co. for being so understanding.

We visited Arlington & Co again in October 2016 to buy my wife some diamond stud earrings for her birthday. Claire (the sales assistant) was most helpful and did a great job of making us feel comfortable and at ease. Claire helped us through the choice of stud earrings and we are very happy with our purchase and the helpfulness of all the staff.

An amazing shop and an amazing story... I bought my wife's engagement ring from Arlington & Co in 1991 and then our wedding rings in 1992. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and how helpful all the staff were. In October 2016 I contacted the shop to see if they could repair my wife's engagement ring as it had developed a crack. I was told to bring the ring back and they would repair it free of charge even though it was purchased 25 years ago! The repair was done while I waited and all the staff could not have been more friendly or welcoming, I highly recommend Arlington & Co - Hatton Gardens best jewellers!

Amazing service. We just bought our wedding bands but in fact we were not sure what we wanted and we were dreading for a long painful experience of trying rings but in fact it was completely the opposite. Claire was amazing giving us tips but at the same time allowing us to think about the rings and make it our own. I recommend the service.

Fantastic service again. I bought an engangement ring in 2001 and since we were travelling to London again from Sydney, wanted to buy an eternity ring for my wife. Stephen was so helpful and patient with my requests on the design, especially with some late changes we had to make. The end product was fantastic. 15 years apart and the service and product are as good as ever.

Amazing customer service and I now have an amazing engagement ring! Michelle helped me pick and design my ring and kept me updated with pictures throughout the few weeks it was made. Friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Thank you!!

Excellent service. Attentive, polite and considerate advice combined with top level workmanship. A pleasure to visit, a pleasure to buy from and a relief to find committed aftercare so often dismissed by other businesses as an unnecessary cost. I expect Arlington's has a growing loyal customer base and wish them continued success for years to come. (But not so much that they forget what made them special in the first place).

The service provided to us from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing. Claire and Matthew offered a truly personal service and were extremely accomodating throughout. Having no experience of the diiferent options available, Claire really guided me through to finding the perfect ring. The aftercare service that followed was over and above our expectations and made the experience one we will never forget. Not only did we see the workshop where rings are made, we even met the diamond setter that made the finished ring.
