Hatton Diamonds

We tried High Street brand name jewellers in Lewisham for our wedding rings and engagement ring and were really disappointed with the range, price and service. We never thought of Hatton Garden as we assumed it would be way too expensive. How wrong we were, and don't be deceived by their shopfront's less than glamorous appearance. For quick, sensitive and expert service at a really good price, I would 100% recommend this shop. Jean was very flexible with timing and thoughtful with her suggestions. Thank you Hatton Diamond Jewellers, you got us out of a fix and into some beautiful and inexpensive rings!

My fiancé and I went to Hatton Garden on a Sunday to find almost every shop closed. Hatton Diamonds was still open, so we popped in for a quick look not really expecting to find what we were looking for. The shop was busy, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The advice they gave on matching my fiancé’s wedding band to her engagement ring was better than in any of the other shops we had been to and they customised a ring from scratch to match it perfectly.
I had not been able to find a ring that suited me anywhere but they were patient and went through all of the options in detail. They were even happy to resize a ring just for me to try on for reference. We ended up leaving with two, more or less bespoke, engraved, wedding bands for a very reasonable price and they cleaned my fiancé’s engagement ring to look better than ever.
In summary, don't let the decor of this old-school, family-run, business put you off. You do not get this kind of customer service or attention to detail very often. We will certainly be going back here for any future rings we need.

I bought my fiancees' engagement ring from Hatton Diamonds after trawling most of Hatton Garden. Hatton Diamonds were kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about their trade. We only went to browse rings but ended up buying the engagement ring that day. It was made for us right from choosing the stone and the antique band.
We will be back to get our wedding bands. Old school top service like this is not commonly found.

I with my fiance went to Hatton Diamonds with our own design in end of April 2010, they have helped to make perfect wedding ring with good price. They are nice family, also treat customers really patient and friendly, it was best service we never met along whole hatton garden road. My fiance and I visited Hatton Garden in the autumn of 1998 whilst living in the UK. Whilst other diamond stores were not able to accomodate us Hatton Diamonds were. They left their doors open for us to look and browse and it was here that we found the perfect engagement ring. We also choose our perfect wedding rings here too. We now live overseas but are considering a trip back (from the southern hemisphere) to Hatton Diamonds to get that perfect eternity ring to match the others. After recommendations from friends, I decided to pay them a visit today. We were greeted with a warm and friendly response. We were felt able to spend quality time with a specialist to get just the right engagement ring. I was able to pick the stone, the setting, type of metal and get it re-sized all on site within 40 mins! Great family business, giving amazing value and careful attention to detail and requests made. Would recommend them to any one that needs that extra special piece. Great advice every-time.

Myself and my family have shopped on a regular basis (over the past twenty years or so) we all own precious pieces purchased through the family who run Hatton Diamonds, and have ALWAYS received First Class service and after service care.
