I have bought many things from them over the years and have never had a problem. They are nice and helpful and are always willing to answer ever question I have ever had. When ever I need a gift or wish to treat myself I know where to go to get a great value, a great gift, and the best service. Not only this but they have a great selection, sometime I find my self in there just looking at their pieces. They truly are wonderful people and they truly have a wonderful company and two wonderful stores. They make Christmas shopping and birthday shopping a treat. Not only this but they are the only jewelers i go to and I do not live in London. I go to them when ever I need jewelry because its always worth the trip.
