Completely wrong style and stones…ignored any previous conversations regarding the stones and colour to be applied into the ring
Charging for work not done
Stated he replaced ring stones with colour greed…time and time again
When I opened the rings were refilled with cracked old stones and some were missing
Very poor pooor quality ,not silver stamp…so not really sure about the quality of silver
Owner refused refund …as item was of poor quality ….was stung for shit ton of money

We have used David Luton Jewellers three times, Firstly when recommended by a friend who lives and works in London, I had a bespoke ring made for our Sons 18th Birthday, and then my son in law had our daughters bespoke wedding ring made by them, And now more recently I am having a ruby and diamond ring made for my wife for our 40th wedding anniversary, First class service, Excellant quality jewellery, For that extra special piece of jewellery that you will not find in the high street we would certainly recommend David Luton Jewellery.

I've just had a pendant made, for my 40th birthday, to my specification by David Luton Jewellers. Simon was extremely helpful with his advice and the pendant is absolutely beautiful. Even more beautiful than i could have imagined. I absolutely and whole heartedly recommend this jeweller for that special piece of personalised jewellery that you will want to treasure forever.
