biggest conartists ever - i wil never shop here again.....i ordered two outfits and was told that they would be ready within a month, went back after a month they told me that they are just getting the outfits...so i waited and waited..half an hour i said to the lady and the guy wheres my dress they said its coming...an hour later they said its still at the tailors and getting altered....two hours later it still wasnt ready til i waited 4 hours later i got agitated and started having a go at the lady telling her this is unacceptable i do not live nearby and need to go home and will not wait any longer for the dress so either i get my dress or my money back....she got annoyed at me on top of the crap customer service she was giving me and said she will not give my money back and i threatened to call the police if she didnt...she called me a **** and then reluctantly her brother (another idiot) said ill give u your money back...then i got my refund and walked out five hours later...when they could have just told me its not ready they made me wait when they knew full well they werent going to deliver that day....please do not visit this shop their service is atroicious...when taking your money everyone is so pleasant and kind...when it comes to delivering there will be nothing....if you know whats good for u u will not visit that shop...big conartists southalls biggest theives in my opinion!!!

i have used Omega Bridal services twice in the last 8 months. The customer service and dedication given to me and my sister was second to none, and i felt at ease when i left the shop. But on both occasions i have returned to find that either my order has turned out completely different to what was required, or that the order hadn't even been started. I found this extremely distressing and frustrating. Im hoping that it was just a coincident that it happened to me twice, as the outfits and designs they hold are absolutely gorgeous and prices are good too, but is that really enough to entice you to buy from them if the end result is not so great?

Omega was an excellent experience for shopping.

I would go there again and again and again

Omega was a very unique store where customer service is given with great care and all customer needs are fulfilled. My experience was great and the outfits i bought are totally different to the market for a reasonable price regarding the work and the pure materials used. I would recomomend this to all.
