1 is the lowest mark I could give this disgrace of a business, but, the number I had in my mind was sub-zero, the staff here are unfriendly, the quality of their products are horrific and their concern for the customer is shocking, I purchased a phone from Wize Choice, got home and realized it was faulty I returned it 3 days later, the staff said it would be ready by the Friday, so I waited to be then told it would be ready by Wednesday, which again, it wasn't this process was repeated for another 2 weeks until finally, I was told that they could not do anything about it and that they would give me £90 when I had given them around £200, when I complained and expressed my unhappiness they were sarcastic, cheeky and nasty people! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! definitely a cowboy business.
