Horrible service, I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!
I went there to have leather handbag fixed of which the strap was broken on both sides. I explained to them that the buckle is in the pocket of the and that I don't want another buckle. It took them 10days to fix it, only that they had put another buckle of different colour and not the one I explained was in the bag. It took them another 10 days to correct it, only that when I received the bag, the strap was still broken on one side! I showed it to them and questioned them on the matter and made it quite clear that this service was not satisfactory. They told me I was on the wrong, they took my £25, and I will never ever step in there again! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

I took the bag to be repaired. The bag was with the shop for around 3 months before I was told that it can not be done. I needed leather strap to be shortened and some sort of catch to be made as the bag didnt close properly. I was called after around 6 weeks and I was told that the bag was ready. When I got there however, the strap was shortened but the catch wasnt done. It was then sent off again. After another 6 weeks I was told that it couldnt be done. I was then charged £20 just for shortening the strap which I thought was very expensive. All in all I wasnt impressed at all.
