I would not recommend anyone to purchase a bag here!
I bought a bag from this shop recently and unfortunately the strap on the bag was faulty.
I went back to the shop for a replacement or exchange and the lady at the shop told me that non-leather bags are not covered under warranty therefore she could not do anything. She actually turned out to be the manager. I feel like I've beeen conned. Her whole attitude was rude and unhelpful.
I have now wasted £25 on a useless bag.
