I had an old black dial military issue Omega from World War 2 with the British government arrow on dial and asked them what it was worth. They said £40 and, when I said no, upped this to £70. Assured that that was a good price, I accepted. The next day, coming from my hotel along the road, I saw my watch in the window priced at £275. Beware unless you enjoy being, like me, a sucker. Do not trust!

An excellent second hand watch and jewellery shop with a terrific selection of Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Tag Heuer, Breitling and many other brands. Really friendly service and they've got a very good watch repair dept too.
