I have just visited Aspinal Canary Wharf store and after the rudeness I encountered there I am sworn to never set foot in this or any other Aspinal store again !
Having asked a simple question, trying to identify purse my wife had seen in another Aspinal store, I was basically ignored with staff chatting to each other around me and serving other customers, until I left.
It was obvious they did not have the purse in question and were not inclined to see if they could help me identify it.
I was and still am fuming about this treatment.
