I went in to La Senza to buy a present for my girlfriend, and I just felt that the girls working there, didn't want to be there. There were no smiles, and just a general lack of life. I don't know if this is normal for high street shops but I just felt that we as customers, were obliged to walk in the shop, pick out our items, and walk out. I wouldn't say it was a pleasant shopping experience.
