Well i used them and at first thought they were ok .However the second time i used this store i bought an item which was faulty was told that any problems to bring back which there were ,however on my return was told that i wouldnt be able to get refund or exchange and that i would have to wait for a few days which surely cant be right.The manager of the store was there when i brought item back and when i bougth it yet he was not prepared to do the right thing and return the item, as was promised also found the staff to be quite abrupt.Is a shame that they dont treat there customers very well and i would not recomend them to anyone else.I still dont have the item as am very busy will unfortunatly have to go back the thought of which is quite paneful hope somone senior at co looks at this as the staff are giving this company a bad name and need to be retrained in customer care . I went to the new store which is 200 yards towards Brixton and i was so impressed the staff were so professional and they made me feel welcome.The store was bright and the staff so friendly will definatley recommend to sell your goods here. This is the best Pawnbrokers in London Well done |
