The staff are always helpful in what is a very popular and busy shop. This is particularly the case with the post office counter.

I have asked for scan two pages - unfortunately, I have to paid £3.00 (it cost something like £1.00 elsewhere) and never, never ever received those pages to my e-mail address, despite the fact that I personally typed the e-mail, an hour and a half call the strore to tell them, gave them another e-mail address,and still nothing.
Look to me like I those chaps are not very experienced, and not very pleasant to dealt with.
Definitely not recommend them to the others, hope that my mistake will be lesson to the others.
