Yesterday we bought two packs of mild chevdo which had a mixture of two types of chevdo and it was stale (hawaielo) as well, we have been buying from Chetnas since it opened in Wembley but never had any problems like this, but as we live in wembley it is not easy to go back to Kingsbuty to return or show what they have sold as the expense of going there would be more than the cost of purchase.

Our family is fond of buying everything from Chetnas but all the chevdo contain lot of sugar, when the family has come to an end of chevdo bought there is a handful of sugar content left at the bottom and at that time we realise how much sugar is being used, I wondered why use so much sugar when it is not going to be eaten if the thought is there for health, in this age of lot of dietbetics, you might feel then why don't people buy sugar free chevdo but then everyone feels that it does not have the same taste.

I wonder to improve the quality of all the confectionery in this modern age you should be able to use 1/4 quantity of sugar, this would be viable for people as the last handful is either wasted because of such a lot of sugar or the people who think they have paid for so it has to be eaten end up suffering from diebetes at some stage due to being so fond of Indian confectionery.

Sorry but had to let you know to improve your quality, I think of the people eating away that last bit of chevdo as they have spent / paid for it, what will hapen to them few years later in their lives.


I think the proprietors/owners should look into this and improve themselves in this modern age of health, obesity and diebetes.
