i have vistited bhs croydon many times and I have to say most of the staff are helpful and efficient. The store is old and tired looking and the fitting room is dirty and some of the cubicles need repairing and air conditioning doesnt work which is ridiculous as the store is so hot.

Visited the Croydon store on saturday at 5.45 p.m. My son wanted to use the toilet sadly the toilets where closed. The staff would not let him use any of the toilets in the store. I was told that the facilities for customers had been closed at 3.00 p.m. WHY ?
