On two recent occasions I have been into M and S Kilburn.
I’m a loyal M and S customer but found the staff attitude really terrible. Very unhelpful and aggressive. A complete lack of tills and no apparent staff management. I don’t feel like going in again. My partner feels the same. It was a relief to go to Sainburys and Tescos and Aldi where the service was good natured and polite. M and S Kilburn hasn’t always been like this. Is it down to cuts?

Please give the staff training in customer service and give the manager effective supervision. On the basis of this store M and S will go downhill. It needs a new Manager and staff morale to be boosted and at least one till to be open.

this store is a joke it has not enough service check out staff and it never seems to remplemish stock levels. For a Busy high road NOT ENOUGH STAFF. I have the luxury of travel throughout the uk and it seems they have ample staff in there stores as well as huge trade of people. yET HERE i AM IN lONDON THE HUB OF ACTIVITY and yet fewer staff. I guess in London its the expectation to have to queue and have vacant un manned tills!! Get your act ogether M & S and employ actual staff
