Bought a wallet here a couple of months ago and the zip broke. I tried to take it back to exchange (as the metal clasp was broken off - not anything I could fix myself). I spoke to the owner who refused to exchange, saying that it had been too long. I explained that the Sale of Goods Act states that goods must be of a reasonable quality and that a purse shouldn't break after 2 months. He wasn't helpful and refused to exchange or refund the item. I will not be going back there again.
